Lola Pizza & Pie

Hands down the best pizza I have ever had.

The quality and abundance of the ingredients are only offset by the quality of the crust. You won't be throwing out pizza bones when you order a pie from Lola's.

Lolas pizza is EASILY the best pizza in the tri-cities. When they say homemade , they mean it. I read the other comments about lolas, and every one of them are good, so i hope people take their advice. However, some people seem to think that they have poor customer service skills. Every time i have gone to lolas i've recieved the pizza in less than the time that they said it would take. Also, every time i pick up a pizza, they open the box to show you. Obviously this place cares what the customer thinks. To all the people that are annoyed of the delivery area, i totally understand what you're saying, they should go by a certian distance, however i can honestly say i would much rather go there myself and pick it up, then get delivery from some other low quality and high price pizza place.

To everyone that hasnt tried lolas pizza, DO IT!! You will NOT be let down. The crust is amazing and you can tell its home made. The sauce has fresh basil and herbs in it, and the cheese is always freshly grated and of great quality. It's worth the wait ,and the drive!!!

Best pizza in Cambridge. Have never gone to another pizza joint since Lola's opened up. Always recognize the customer and extremely friendly.

I do not understand how anyone could give this a low rating. The reason they are so busy is because they are so good! Also, they may not be cheap, but that is because they have quality pizza. This is easily the best tasting pizza in Cambridge or Kitchener-Waterloo.

I miss living a 5 minute walk because pickup was always a breeze )

Live 10min drive away, and can't get pizza delivered because technically, we're not in cambridge, even though there are delivery spots in some parts of cambridge that are farther away from them than us, they will deliver to them. Weird that they make their deliveries based on the name of the city you're in, and not a set km radius of where they are...doesn't make sense with the urban sprawl that KW is.

Lolas has been my favorite pizza since I moved to Cambridge! They have excellent customer service and fabulous food!!!! We will support Lolas for as long as they are in business in Preston! Savoie-Faire salon and families.

Lola Pizza & Pie is the best pizza I have had for years. Always fresh, never over-cooked. The service is always excellent. On busy nights, Lola's give me an estimated time for pick-up and even call me when the pizza is almost ready so I am not waiting around. Rarely the time given to me is exceeded. Staff are courteous and very helpful. 1000% better than Pizza hut or Pizza Pizza. They have my business from now on.

I just called at 430 pm on a Thursday night for a delivery order and the person informed me that they were not delivering at the present time.

What's with that?

The pizza is good, the service is poor especially when they are busy.
Good luck if you get the pizza in the time they tell you.
I was told 35minutes for pickup. I arrived at the 35 minute mark at the store and they started making it just when I got there,so finally 1 hour later I got the pizza. You do not get a sorry for the delay or something thrown in for your inconvenience..this has happened to me once before as well.They have absolutely no customer service skills.I say go up the street to another pizza establishment with good pizza a lower price and good customer service.
